    Key Responsibilities

    We are looking for NZ registered electricians to be part of this expansion. Initially, the work will be in the greater Auckland area. Travel nationwide may be required from time to time. We have an immediate need for an energetic, enthusiastic NZ registered Electrician (preferably 2-3 years qualified) to install, test and commission domestic and industrial sized solar PV systems.

    • Head up a team of 2 to 3 other technicians, installing a range of PV systems on roofs
    • Ensure installations are completed to a professional standard, compliant with all NZ wiring rules and international standards as required
    • Coordinate, motivate and assist in managing the 'on time' delivery of installations
    • Liase with customers, co-workers and inspectors
    • Adherence and implementation of company Health and Safety policies and directives

    Any prior experience installing solar PV systems will be beneficial but not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidate. Since a proportion of the work will include working outside and at height, applicants should have a predisposition, confidence and ability to operate in such conditions. However, all necessary height safety equipment and training will be provided.

    Other requirements include a full, current, clean NZ drivers licence and a clean criminal record. The applicant must have good communication skills and be able to positively interact with both customers and other staff members.

    Customer Portfolio Management

    • Responsible for managing complete relationship of all assigned clients
    • Delivery of in-home assessments and providing personalised energy plans
    • Managing customer expectations through to activation and full energy services
    • Managing interdepartmental relationships to deliver energy services

    Continuous Improvement

    • Proactively recommend solutions for streamlining customer's journey
    • Work to keep the customer experience as simple as possible
    • Ensure customer templates and scripts are utilised

    Data Management

    • With high attention to detail, you will ensure the integrity of customer data
    • Make sure all calls are logged within CRM and emails are synced to customer records
    • Wherever possible use templated scripting and emails when interacting with customers

    Key Responsibilities

    We are seeking an Outreach Specialist to deliver exceptional sales discussions to potential clients and leads, to set appointments, provide additional information, qualify leads, and generate in face to face and phone-based channels.

    • Be an evangelist for solar with leads and customers
    • Follow up leads generated from marketing activities to provide information, schedule appointments and qualify
    • Perform face to face lead generation activities in nominated stores, centres and trade shows
    • Perform outbound calling functions as required
    • Support administrative requirements for the business as overflow from the underwriting team
    • Meet the key performance indicators and targets

    Person Specification

    This role will be ideally suited to individuals who have strong verbal communication skills who enjoy conversing with people over the phone and in person. An outgoing and friendly personality with an ability to explain concepts will be the best fit.
