All SolarCity customers have a personal account at www.mysolarcity.co.nz where you can view your system perfomance. You can also access your project status online at anytime using the link above.
Free Telephone Support
Please call us on our freephone 0508 853 853, Monday - Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm. After hours and on the weekends you can leave a voicemail that we monitor for emergencies.
