The current lockdown has been a very challenging time, we hope you are well and safe in your bubble. We are pleased to announce that from Thursday 30 April 2020 our teams are able to visit homes to install our systems and undertake service and maintenance work, following the government announcement that we will be moving to Level 3 of the COVID-19 Lockdown this week.

We continue to work within strict Ministry of Health guidelines during Level 3 and have additional health and safety protocols in place to ensure we do not put anyone at risk. 

Our teams are ready and have the necessary training and protocols in place to keep our customers and their bubble safe as they undertake work in their homes.

The safety and wellbeing of our customers and team members is our top priority. While the country is in a mandatory lockdown period for COVID-19, we have remained open for business over the phone and online, but until Level 3 we have been unable to visit homes and complete the installation progress or undertake any service or maintenance that requires a home visit. 

Our installations will begin from 30 April 2020, with priority given to customers who were due installation during the past four week lockdown period. We have sufficient system hardware and manpower to complete all the installations booked throughout the lockdown period and will fast track these to ensure our customers can enjoy the benefits of solarZero before the winter season.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers for their patience and commitment in choosing a cleaner, smarter and cheaper option to power their homes with solarZero.

During this uncertain time, having a constant supply of power for your home is more important than ever. solarZero provides solar energy directly from the panels on the roof to power the home and the smart battery stores excess solar and low-priced grid energy that is used when needed. And if there’s a power cut, it provides backup power to keep the essentials in the home running.
