How to make the perfect Te Rā Gin and Tonic

Here's how to enjoy the perfect gin and tonic with the limited edition Te Rā gin. Garnish with a slice of lemon and an edible flower for a final touch.

For the cocktail

  • 50ml Te Rā gin
  • 150ml East Imperial tonic
  • Ice
  • Slice of lemon or edible flower to garnish

Method

  1. Put a short crystal glass in the fridge to chill
  2. Add ice cubes to your glass with 50ml of Te Rā gin
  3. Top up with East Imperial tonic water
  4. Stir until you think the tonic and the gin has been mixed together
  5. Garish with a slice of lemon and an edible flower
