    Responsibilities

    Overview

    This is not your run of the mill marketing role. Working with a highly talented and motivated team in a fast paced environment you’ll deliver well-executed projects, responsible from design to implementation.     Key Responsibilities

    1. Content Management

    • Community management of the solarcity Facebook and Twitter account communications programme, in line with an approved communications programme and agreed messages
    • Development of the solarcity LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, as well as any other appropriate platforms
    • Ensure solarcity staff contribute and are responsive on our internal online forum
    • Review other social media opportunities, implement and maintain as required

    2. Website

    • As needed maintain the website copy ensure it remains accurate and running at all times
    • Work with web agency and optimisation team to support Search Engine Optimisation
    • Monitor Google Analytics and leads weekly; work with digital suppliers to maximize results
    • Deploy digital advertising programme, work with Marketing Manager and agency to optimize returns

    3. Lead Management

    • Utilise relationships with external third party lead companies to deliver required number of leads
    • Liaise with digital suppliers to keep lead numbers running as per the marketing plan
    • Identifying when lead levels are low and need topping up with leads on file
    • Work with the Marketing Manager to maximize conversions based on cost per sale and cost per lead
    • Ensure cost per lead and cost per sale targets are maintained

    4. Customer/Prospect Communications

    • Utilise in-house email tool
    • Work with the Marketing Manager to plan, write and send emails monthly promotional emails. as well as maintain and improve current customer journey emails
    • Provide reporting on email communications sent out
    • Identify improvements that could be made to all live emails and work with Copywriter and Marketing Manager to deploy changes
    • Utilize basic photoshop and inDesign skills to refine email templates, as required
    • Support the call centre by providing key messages, particularly relating to promotions and PR stories
    • As required, update automated customer emails
    • Basic Photoshop and email skills to help with internal comms

    5. Marketing Collateral: Coordinating the development of any branded collateral such as:

    • As needed write briefs for advertising and development of collateral in conjunction with marketing manager
    • SIgnage, banners, posters
    • Onsite branding
    • Flyers
    • Uniforms
    • Basic changes to sales presentation in InDesign

    6. Keeper of company brand standards. Ensure you are fully across brand guidelines, brand tone, feel and values:

    Overview

    Provide an outstanding experience to the customer from the point of sale through the 20-year journey, acting as the key interface with all customers post the sale process, embracing change, innovation and continually seeking to enhance our customer journey. Lead data analytics across the customer experience team focused on team performance metrics. Represent the team on the companies cross functional national business improvement team.

    Responsibilities

    • Work as part of the national data and analytics teams who work cross functionally to track and drive business improvement initiatives
    • Responsible for and taking complete ownership of all assigned clients
    • Manages client relationship post contract signing, through to post activation support, including reconfirmation of solarcity value proposition
    • Reconfirming key messaging from the outreach and sales acquisition process
    • Onboarding customers for solar friendly retailers
    • Undertake customer review of in-home assessment package
    • Provide personalised energy plans including delivery of site assessment results
    • Liaise with the operational delivery team to ensure regulatory compliance documentation is available, then to ensure return of duly completed documentation from clients

    • Liaise with Master Scheduler where customers require bookings outside agreed FSP timing
    • Customer review of any usage/plausible use concerns arising from Energy Services review

    • Monitor all assigned customers through normal flow post sale to install

    • Ensuring that every assigned customer has a realistic target installation date
    • Monitoring of target install dates for assigned customers, with ongoing customer interaction in advance of target installation date to ensure successful transition back into delivery flow
    • Management of customers not wishing to proceed with relevant sales person and facilitation of validation process as necessary
    • Post activation engagement including activation call, and follow up to ensure customer fully engaged with energy services

    • 1-2 years experience in Account Management roles
    • Tertiary qualification in business desirable

    solarcity has launched its groundbreaking solarZero product that allows customers to go solar with no upfront cost. The Auckland region has shown great interest and we are looking for qualified electricians to assist with the electrical installation of the work.

    Overview:

    We are looking for NZ registered electricians to be part of this expansion. Initially, the work will be in the greater Auckland area. Travel nationwide may be required from time to time. We have an immediate need for an energetic, enthusiastic,  NZ registered Electrician (preferably 2-3 years qualified) to install, test and commission domestic and industrial sized solar PV systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Sales of residential solar energy efficiency services
    • To head up a team of 2 to 3 other technicians, installing a range of PV systems on roofs
    • Ensure installations are completed to a professional standard, compliant with all NZ wiring rules and international standards as required
    • Coordinate, motivate and assist in managing the 'on time' delivery of installations
    • Liaising with customers, co workers and inspectors
    • Adherence and implementation of company Health and Safety policies and directives

    Any prior experience installing Solar PV systems will be beneficial but not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

    Since a proportion of the work will include working outside and at height, applicants should have a predisposition, confidence and ability to operate in such conditions. However all necessary height safety equipment and training will be provided. 

    Other requirements include a full, current, clean NZ drivers licence and a clean criminal record. The applicant must have good communications skills and be able to positively interact with both customers and other staff members.

    Job Purpose/Overview

    To support the sales and marketing team in the gathering, analysis and distribution of insights from multiple data platforms reporting on the organisation's customer data programme; lead acquisition and sales conversion : e-commerce and digital channel performance reports and dashboards; Google Analytics; campaign effectiveness; marketing campaign effectiveness and performance. You will be able to distil complex data into “stories” that engage and influence stakeholders and be able to provide advice on best analytic approaches to solve business challenges and improve initiatives that champion the customer! It’s about providing rich insights to drive the CRM journeys and loyalty programme, improve the customer experience, improve conversion and customer satisfaction via the online/digital assets. You will have the lead function in managing and administering data systems to drive the data insights and analysis.

    Sales & Marketing Performance

    • The Sales & Marketing Analyst will provide support to the sales and marketing teams with the development and maintenance of the solarcity data analysis of associated sales channels.Through the use of both Google Analytics and business data, you will be responsible for recommendations and insights to drive sales and more importantly the profitability of the channels.
    • Closely track and drive strategic decisions to positively impact KPI’s (ie leads, web performance, conversion across all channels.

    CRM Database Support

    Overview

    • Working with our installer network and the Field Service Provider Specialists assist in the resolution of all pre-activation issues/events. Ensuring Salesforce is updated accordingly
    • Maintain a log of incidents, abandoned installs, and complaints, and recommend changes to process as part of a continual service improvement initiative
    • Own the dispatch of installers for all post installation events and issues passed from Head of Operations, Head of Operational Delivery, and Field Service Provider Specialists.
    • Prepare the documentation and purchase orders for In Home Assessments, and installations including direct scheduling with the customer when required
