How long do mysolarZero Store orders take?

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an email confirming the order. Please note the order number in the top left, starting with “SNIP-”.

If you do not receive the email, then your order has not been placed. If this is the case, please try submit your order again.

Your product will be dispatched on the next business day. We’ll be in touch if there are any delays to your order.

The delivery driver will call you closer to delivery day to schedule your delivery. You’ll need to be home for the delivery. 

If you do not receive your order within 5 working days, please email our team using this form.
